Please Read all details below before filling out Recital Form.

Our 2026 Spring Recital, is our end of year performance that will showcase all of our students dancing, singing and acting talents! This is an important part of our journey at Alta where we have the opportunity to celebrate our hard work throughout the year!

Mandatory Dates : June 3rd Dress Rehearsal, June 7th Recital Performance at Newark Memorial High School Theater.

Sign Up Deadline for all Showcase Participants : Friday Feb 16th

( A late fee will be applied for sign ups after 2/16 )

Participation Fee:

$40 per Student, $30 for additional siblings

Dancers may participate in the Recital for each class they are enrolled in. Please specify on the sign up form which classes you are choosing to participate in, for the Recital. 

If your class has more than one style : Example: Mini Mix, Teen Jazz/Contemp, Petite Mix

Dance Costume Fee: $90 per Routine

Dancers will purchase a costume for each class routine. Dancers measurements will be taken in class and costumes are yours to keep! Please indicate what size you believe your dancer will be on the form to help us as we are ordering costumes.

Costume fees & Recital Fee will be due by 2/16. After 2/16, costumes cannot be guaranteed for on-time arrival. Costume and Recital Fee are charged on your Studio Director Account. Costume payments are non-refundable. Musical Theatre Conservatory Students, read below for costume details.

NEW - Extra Costs may be charged for Costume Exchanges. Alta Performing Arts will not handle exchange for shipping this year. Please make sure your sizing info is correct.

Show Tickets: All audience members will need to purchase a ticket to view our live show. We are thrilled to be performing in at our new venue. Students will have backstage, wings, lights and experience a real theatrical experience. Ticket Pricing is based on participant count & venue to help cover the cost for our rental. Further details on tickets will be emailed, posted on our social media and listed on our website.

*Daddy & Me Routine: Dads get on your dancing shoes! Dads and their Alta students have the option to learn a Daddy & Me routine together. This is an upbeat hip-hop style routine that begin reharsing in March. Students participating must perform in at least 1 of their class routines to participate.

Saturday or Sunday Rehearsals scheduled.

Musical Theatre Conservatory Students: Your group routine & solo/duos will be performed at Recital. This year, musical theater students will be purchasing a costume. However, it may or may not be from our dance costume catalog. Costume pricing will vary $55-$75 and links may be sent out to purchase on your own. All solo/duo/trio costuming is purchased on your own and reviewed with Monique. Musical Theater Students are eligible to participate in Daddy & Me routine.

Sign Up: Fill out the form below to confirm your dancer's participation in our 2026 Recital. Please submit one form per student. If your student chooses to opt out of our Showcase, you are choosing to not purchase a costume and will not participate in any final performance.
