CLOSED REHEARSAL : THE THEATER, WINGS/BACKSTAGE & AUDIENCE AREA IS CLOSED TO STUDENTS, PARENTS AT ALL TIMES DURING DRESS REHEARSAL.

Our performers and staff need quiet, focus. Our backstage crew need wings to be clear to rehearse lining up properly, setting props, helping with quick changes etc. It’s a rehearsal for everyone! We are on a tight schedule and appreciate your cooperation.

VOLUNTEERS & STUDENTS: PLEASE STAY IN THE DRESSING ROOM AREA WHILE ROUTINES ARE REHEARSING.

DO NOT ENTER THE STAGE OR AUDIENCE AT ANY TIME.

DROP OFF & PICK UP

    Students Arrive IN COSTUME, Hair and Makeup Ready with Dance Shoes.

    1 PARENT ONLY: Check in your student with our Volunteers and Drop Off.

    No Males, Guests, Siblings, Family or Friends in Green Room/Changing Rooms at anytime.

    Bring Water Bottle.

    Closed Rehearsal - No Family, Parents, Guests in Audience any time.

  • YOUR REHEARSAL

    We have Parent Volunteers who chaperone all students in Dressing Rooms and Backstage.

    Students are escorted to the stage to rehearse with Miss Monique in the Theater.

    Students with more than one costume have changing areas. Action/Stage photos are taken during Dress Rehearsal.

    Snacks is provided by Parents! Please Volunteer to bring Snack for our performers.

  • PICK UP

    Check Your Pick Up Time, Below.

    Pick up your student at the Check in Table. Sign Out your student. Take all of your items do no leave anything behind.

    IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS: Email them or ask.a volunteer. Miss Monique is very busy and cannot answer questions on Dress Rehearsal Day.

    Do Not bring markers, toys, ipads, if your child wont share it with 50 other students… do not bring it.

What To Bring:

All Costumes & Accessories,

Laundry Basket :

2+ Costumes Bring a small laundry basket to put costumes in between quick changes.

Hangers : Bring Hangers to hang your costumes for quick changes.

Accessories : Should be enclosed safely in bags or garment bag zippers.

Cover Up : If you are not comfortable changing : A skin colored leotard or cover up should be purchased now.

Changing Stations :

#1 - Make Up Room

Used Only for Female Students with 3+ Costume Changes Only…

#2 Green Room/Accordion Doors

Used Only for Female Students with 2 Costumes Changes

IMPORTANT : READ

Students: Upon Arrival find a place with a Dressing Room Volunteer to hang your costumes and organize their change. Parents Please let our Volunteers know if you will be changing your student during dress rehearsal/show day. Info in next box…

No Boys/Males allowed in Changing Stations at any time, until all students are in their final costumes. Boys with costume changes will change in the restroom.

Changing Your Student :

You have the option to change your child during the dress rehearsal & performance.

For Dress Rehearsal : Sign Up To Volunteer and Chaperone. Or wait outside and change your student when their routine is finished. We cannot outmax capacity in dressing rooms.

For Recital : Volunteer as a Dressing Room Parent

or … Exit your seat at Intermission / after routine and head backstage to change your student.
